Shipping Information
Items will be shipped to UK addresses only, using Royal Mail parcel post.
Normal delivery is around three days from despatch, but please remember that we are an island based business,
so please allow five to seven days for delivery.
All items are fully insured on despatch.
Posting & packing charges depend upon the total weight of your order as calculated at the checkout.
Orders will a total value of in excess of £100 will be shipped recorded delivery at no extra charge.
Returns Policy
We would like you to be happy with all your purchases from us, but we understand that on occasions you may need to return an item to us. As well as your statutory rights, we operate an enhanced returns policy. Items returned to us within 30 days of date of purchase may, subject to certain conditions, qualify for a full refund, less postage costs.
